We had a really great time in this hip new hotel in Butuan City. Our room was not only extremely spacious, but amazing. We ate in the pool area and the food was delicious. The venue had a super location near most of all government offices. A cool bonus was nearby Margie's Kitchen, that offered tea and coffee.

It is a wonderful hotel with nice staff. The breakfast is served in the pool area!

The location, amenities, staff, and room at the hotel were superb. The breakfast offered a variety of food choices. The restaurant, Lime & Zest, was one of the best places to eat in Mindanao. The spacious and clean room had everything needed, with a great view of the pool.

Wonderful hotel in a marvellous location in the heart of the city, greatly enjoyed this place. Location: the venue was near the resturant as well as the centre. Dessert restaurant Margie's Kitchen located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. The service was good, the food was great.

The location was particularly good, quite a walk from Butuan City Hall Complex.

Fairly clean hotel in a new building close enough to the centre and the resturant and all government offices. The location great and super in the heart of the city. And so close to Butuan City Hall Complex. A wide array of food available in the pool area.

Particularly good location, 10 minutes' walk to Gaisano Mall. Comfy bed, fairly clean bathroom and a seating area, a writing table, and ironing facilities in the room.

The stuff where all outstandingly accommodating, good service. I greatly enjoyed the room, the bed was extremely comfy. Private bathroom was modern style. The location was marvellous and perfect as for me, very close to the city center, and the centre of Butuan City.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish. They were always available to assist with any concerns or questions and made me feel welcome. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with everything I needed within walking distance, from convenience stores to malls. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

The internet access at this hotel was quite poor. The wifi often stated that the "Internet may not be available" and the data reception was also unreliable.

The hotel was perfect and the location was super next to Philippines, the centre of Butuan City and the city center and malls. The staff were all courteous and nice and provided good service. The pool area served plenty of meals for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed this property, had really great experience.

They placed us in a queen room which was neat and outstanding. A seating area, a writing table and ironing facilities were important for us. Location: the hotel was just off Philippines, the surrounding area, and Butuan.
